1. Scope

These Terms govern your use of Digital Income Automation, Messenger-based customer interactions, checkout links, and digital products offered by Digital Product to Income.

2. Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, prices, included materials, and access information accurately. We may update product content, presentation, bonuses, or availability when reasonably necessary, provided this does not remove access already granted to a paid customer without a valid reason.

3. Purchases and payment

Payments are processed by Stripe or another clearly identified payment provider. A purchase is considered completed only after the payment provider confirms successful payment. Prices shown at checkout control in the event of a display inconsistency.

4. Digital delivery

After successful payment, the service may automatically send access instructions, links, or codes through Messenger or another disclosed delivery channel. You are responsible for keeping access information secure and for providing accurate contact information.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, abuse automated messaging features, or use purchased materials in violation of applicable law or stated licensing terms.

6. Intellectual property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, content, branding, templates, and digital materials provided by Digital Product to Income remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Purchase does not transfer ownership of those rights.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party platform outages, payment-provider issues, network failures, or platform policy changes may affect availability.

8. Refunds and customer support

Any refund or cancellation rights will be handled according to the specific offer, applicable consumer law, and payment-provider rules. Contact us promptly if you experience a delivery or access problem.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of specific business, income, advertising, or commercial outcomes. Educational materials are informational and results depend on many factors outside our control.
