4. Service providers and platforms
We may rely on service providers that process information on our behalf or as independent platforms, including Meta Platforms for Messenger, Stripe for payment processing, Cloudflare for web delivery, and hosting infrastructure providers. Their handling of information is subject to their own policies and contractual terms.
5. Payments
Payment details such as full card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Digital Income Automation. We may receive limited transaction information needed to confirm payment and fulfill an order.
6. Data retention
We retain conversation, order, delivery, and operational records only for as long as reasonably necessary for customer support, fulfillment, fraud prevention, accounting, security, legal obligations, and service reliability. Retention periods may vary depending on the record type and applicable requirements.
7. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we control, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. Deletion instructions are available at our Data Deletion page.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. No system can guarantee absolute security.
9. International processing
Some service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards.
